It provides tools for users to organize affiliate IDs, generate dynamic referral links, and learn marketing strategies. The Platform is not a traffic provider, safelist, or traffic exchange itself; it is a management interface for third-party services.
2. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate information, particularly your third-party Affiliate IDs. The Platform is not responsible for lost commissions or "broken" links resulting from incorrectly entered IDs.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.
3. Third-Party Services and Viral Engines
No Control: The Platform integrates with various third-party Viral Engines and other related websites. We have no control over the uptime, terms, policies, or business practices of these external services.
Independent Relationships: Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms. Any issues regarding payments, traffic delivery, or account bans on those services must be resolved directly with the third party.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any illegal purposes or to promote scam offers.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform’s code or database.
Create multiple accounts to manipulate the referral system or Viral Loop.
Use automated bots to interact with the Platform’s dashboard.
5. Intellectual Property
The branding Partners in IM, the specific organization of the Platform, and all original content provided on the Platform are the intellectual property of Partners in IM. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the system for personal marketing purposes.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE SYSTEM WILL GENERATE SPECIFIC FINANCIAL RESULTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partners in IM and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of your use of the Platform or your participation in the associated marketing systems.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform’s reputation.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
