Link Resolution: Your affiliate IDs are used to construct dynamic referral links for your downline. This allows the system to swap out the system owner links with your own, ensuring your downline is built with full integrity.
Referral Tracking: We use a persistent cookie to remember who referred you to the platform to maintain the integrity of the Viral Loop.
Security: Your IP address is logged to prevent brute-force attacks, multi-account abuse, and unauthorized access.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process your data under the following legal bases:
Contractual Necessity: We need your Account and Affiliate Data to provide the core service of the platform (building your personalized traffic hub).
Legitimate Interests: We process Technical Data to ensure the security and stability of our platform.
4. Third-Party Links & Data Sharing
Our platform acts as a centralized hub for external Viral Engines.
External Sites: When you click on a referral link or sign up for a third-party service through our hub, you are leaving our platform. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of these third parties.
Data Visibility: Please note that when you provide your Affiliate ID, it becomes visible to your downline members as part of the system's viral replication process.
5. Cookie & Storage Policy
We use the following to ensure the system functions correctly:
Essential Auth Cookies: Used by our authentication provider to to keep you logged into your dashboard.
Referral Cookie: A 30-day persistent cookie that stores the username of your referrer to ensure proper downline placement.
Consent State: We use LocalStorage to remember your privacy and cookie preferences.
6. Data Storage, Security, and Retention
Security: All data is stored securely with Supabase. We utilize industry-standard encryption for data in transit and one-way hashing for passwords.
Data Retention: Account and Affiliate data is kept as long as your account is active.
System logs (including IP addresses) are purged periodically (typically every 30-90 days) unless required for an ongoing security investigation.

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
Delete your account and all associated data (the "Right to be Forgotten").
